Meet Steve Lang

In 1994, after completion of a BS degree at San Diego State University, Steve began working as an auditor for Chemical Bank, then moved into the appraisal industry and finally settled into Real Estate and lending specializing in commercial and residential financing for purchase, refinancing and construction.

Steve Lang is the President and CEO of Bay Mountain Corp. He is responsible for the management of end-to-end loan and real estate transactions.

Our company maintains all required State and Federal licensing, annual continuing education and re-certifications for the following:

California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE)
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Notary Public
